Art

Kate Leonard is a printmaker, specializing in etching and lithography. She holds a lead role in the Bemis Community Printshop, supporting collaborative studio practice and helping foster an inclusive printmaking community. Kate works closely with students engaged in both technical and conceptual approaches to contemporary printmaking and directs the Graphics Research Lab where she frequently collaborates with campus partners including The Press and the »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵArts & Crafts Program.  Her teaching interests focus on expanding student creative opportunities and interdisciplinary engagement. Her recent creative work centers on mixed media paintings and large-scale etchings.
