Policy Administration
- College Policy Adoption and Administration
- To submit a comment, please email operationalgovernance@coloradocollege.edu using the policy title in the subject line. NOTE: The 30-Day comment period begins from the date policies are shared through the Work of the College Newsletter. Please check Today at CC for the final day of the 30-Day comment period.
- Timeline: New institution-wide policies or major revisions to an existing one will need to go through a 30 day open comment period. There are two open comment periods. Please find the timeline to be included in the Block 3 or Block 7 30 day open comment period.
To be included for the Block 3 Open Comment Period:
- Complete the by Week 3 of Block 1
- Submit the policy draft to the cabinet leader by Week 2 of Block 2
- Send to operationalgoverance@coloradocollege.edu after approval by Week 4 of Block 2.
To be included in the Block 7 open comment period:
- Complete the

The information captured in this document will be required when completing the Microsoft Form prior to submission of the final policy. We also encourage you to carefully review the policy timeline, as the process often takes longer than anticipated.
